Name

CONREN’s name combines the “plentiful harvest” of Consus – the Roman god of the successfully gathered harvest and sound advice – with the service quality of the Lares, the benevolent household spirits that accompanied Roman families across generations.

CONSUS

is the Roman god of successful harvest and good advice. In ancient Rome, the altar of Consus, like the harvest, was stored underground and was only dug up during the Consus feast days, the Consualia – in the sowing season and after the harvest had been brought in.

LAREN

are good house spirits, which were also called Lares familiares by the Romans. In ancient times, every Roman family had its Lares, who accompanied it for generations.
