This website is operated by CONREN Services Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 06463710). CONREN Services Limited is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. You can contact us at any time at info@conrenservices.com.

2. Visiting this website: server log files
When you access this website, the server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website, to keep it stable and to detect and prevent misuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period, normally no later than 30 days, unless longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by the web hosting provider IONOS. IONOS processes the data described in section 2 on our behalf and on the basis of a data processing agreement.
4. Contacting us by email
If you write to us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR / GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We delete this data once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless statutory retention periods (for example under tax or company law) require us to keep it longer.
5. Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website, and we do not set cookies for visitors other than those technically required to deliver the website. Technically necessary cookies do not require consent.
6. Fonts
This website uses web fonts to display text consistently. Where fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a uniform presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)). Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who support us in operating this website and our business (such as our hosting provider), and only to the extent necessary. Where data is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we make sure that an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, please contact info@conrenservices.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk. If you are located in the European Union, you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.
9. Security
This website uses TLS encryption to protect data in transit. You can recognise an encrypted connection by „https://“ and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy policy if our website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
